Do I need any experience with kinesiology tape?
No. Vorali is already cut to the shape of the knee joint, so there is nothing to measure or work out. Peel the backing, position it over the knee, press it down. Most people are done inside 30 seconds on their first try.
How long does one application last?
Three to five days on average, including through showers, sweat and daily movement. How long it holds depends on your skin type, how much you sweat and how active you are.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?
